Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the artificial plants and trees back into their original shipping boxes, ensuring all stems and foliage are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, or schedule a home collection for larger items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
